1. Introduction
1.1 Purpose
The purpose of this manual is to outline the security measures implemented by Three Camels Maritime
Services in compliance with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code. The manual
ensures the security of ships and port facilities against potential security threats.
1.2 Scope
This manual applies to all ships and port facilities operated by Three Camels Maritime Services and
covers all aspects of maritime security, including threat detection, prevention, and response.

Three Camels Maritime Services is committed to:

• Preventing security incidents and threats.

3. Roles and Responsibilities
• Company Security Officer (CSO): Oversee the implementation of the ISPS Code at the company
level.
• Ship Security Officer (SSO): Implement and maintain the Ship Security Plan (SSP) on board.
• Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO): Implement and maintain the Port Facility Security Plan
(PFSP) at the port facility.
• Master: Ensure the security of the ship and its crew.
• Crew Members: Comply with security procedures and report security concerns.

4. Security Levels
• Security Level 1 (Normal): Minimum protective security measures.
• Security Level 2 (Heightened): Additional protective security measures.
• Security Level 3 (Exceptional): Further specific protective security measures.
5. Ship Security Assessment (SSA)
• Conduct a Ship Security Assessment (SSA) to identify and evaluate security risks.
